In Dulci Jubilo on Boomwhackers
In Dulci Jubilo is a color-coded Boomwhacker play-along on bimbadi: the notes fly toward your class in their tube colors on the smartboard or projector, with the German lyrics on screen. All you need is the 8-note diatonic set from C to high C. Low B is a tube with an octave cap. A medieval carol that mixes German and Latin in every line; many English choirs know it as “Good Christian Men, Rejoice”. This play-along is a bonus that comes with the colored sheet music on eduki; the code inside unlocks it.
The player’s menus are in German for now. Press ▶ and play: “Tempo” is the speed slider, “Tonart” means key.

Classroom idea
Before you play, collect the Latin words and work out together what they mean. The song is in 3/4 with a pickup. The low B with an octave cap appears only once, a fun job for a student who pays close attention.
