We Wish You a Merry Christmas on Boomwhackers
We Wish You a Merry Christmas is a color-coded Boomwhacker play-along on bimbadi: the notes fly toward your class in their tube colors on the smartboard or projector, with English lyrics to sing along. You need the 8-note diatonic set plus the B♭ tube from the chromatic set. A traditional English carol in 3/4 time that starts with a pickup note. This play-along is a bonus that comes with the colored sheet music on eduki; the code inside unlocks it.
The player’s menus are in German for now. Press ▶ and play: “Tempo” is the speed slider, “Tonart” means key.

Classroom idea
Split the class: one group plays the verse, and everyone joins in on “We wish you a merry Christmas”. In F major you need the B♭ tube, a good job for a student who loves to watch for their moment. For a winter concert, play it once with tubes only and once with singing.
