Jingle Bells on Boomwhackers
Jingle Bells is a color-coded Boomwhacker play-along on bimbadi: the notes fly toward your class in their tube colors on the smartboard or projector, with English lyrics to sing along. You need the 8-note diatonic set plus the B♭ tube from the chromatic set. Santa’s sleigh flies across the screen while you play, and there is a cartoon version for the projector as well. This play-along is a bonus that comes with the colored sheet music on eduki; the code inside unlocks it.
The player’s menus are in German for now. Press ▶ and play: “Tempo” is the speed slider, “Tonart” means key.

No tubes? With the QR wall every student scans a code and gets one color as an instrument on a phone or tablet. Boomwhacker colors: C red, D orange, E yellow, F light green, G dark green, A purple, B pink, high C red again.
Classroom idea
Let the whole class play the chorus and a smaller group take the verse, then switch. Add sleigh bells or a set of keys on every beat to keep the steady beat audible. Students without a tube can pat the beat on their laps.
