bimbadi Blues (12-Bar Blues) on Boomwhackers
bimbadi Blues (12-Bar Blues) is a color-coded Boomwhacker play-along on bimbadi: the notes fly toward your class in their tube colors on the smartboard or projector, with note names instead of lyrics. You need the 8-note diatonic set plus the E♭, F♯ and B♭ tubes from the chromatic set. Low B is a tube with an octave cap. A 12-bar blues with a backing band, written for Boomwhackers by Robert Koegler. This play-along is a bonus that comes with the colored sheet music on eduki; the code inside unlocks it.

No tubes? With the QR wall every student scans a code and gets one color as an instrument on a phone or tablet. Boomwhacker colors: C red, D orange, E yellow, F light green, G dark green, A purple, B pink, high C red again.
Classroom idea
Draw the 12-bar form as a grid on the board and let one student point to where the band is. Confident players improvise with the blue notes E♭, F♯ and B♭. Everyone else plays the chord roots on I, IV and V.
